It has been five years since Justin Gaethje and Dustin Poirier faced off, and they’ll get another chance to do so when they fight at UFC 291.

In 2018, Poirier stopped Gaethje in a compelling match-up at lightweight. The two will be looking to add to the fireworks when they face off for the BMF title.

The first “baddest motherf title” was won by Jorge Masvidal in 2019 after he defeated Nate Diaz. Now, his teammate, Dustin, will try to take the vacant belt from Gaethje by defeating him in their rematch.

In the main event, Jan Blachowicz will fight Alex Pereira for the vacant light-heavyweight title. It will be the former’s first title defense since he lost the middleweight championship in April. There are also exciting fights happening in other divisions.
